In the construction industry accidents can be a stressful time for all parties concerned. Inexperience and misinterpretation can cause panic and turmoil between the insured and their broker.  PIKE INSURANCE SERVICES is here to ensure your needs are addressed promptly and accurately.

Once the claim report has been completed, we will send you a confirmation email. Typically an adjuster is assigned between 2-4 business days, but it may take up to 7 business days to receive notice of the adjuster’s assignment, depending on the insurer’s/adjuster’s method of response distribution (they may contact via mail, email or phone).  PIKE INSURANCE SERVICES will forward any correspondence we receive to your attention, promptly.
